Grijalva Elementary hosts a Dr. Seuss 107th Birthday & "Green Eggs & Ham" 50th Anniversary Celebration. I volunteered services to capture all the festivities along with some friends- Gina Trunzo from FOX 11 News, Erin Christiansen from KGUN9 , Bobby Rich and Greg from 94.9 MIXfm, South Tucson Fire Dept., The Cat in the Hat, "Thing 1", "Thing 2", and a few students parents read Dr. Seuss books to all grades levels from K-5th.

We joined up with the Marana Health Center to develop new media collateral for their new program for breastfeeding moms. It is a program that is design to provide information, classes, and help find resources to moms that have questions about breastfeeding and why it's beneficial to babies. We were able to participate in this advertising campaign by designing their logo, brochures, and flyer's for their advertising. Along with these tools, they also ran commercials on the local TV networks to reach moms in all of Pima County. We will be supporting the campaign and have other updates when available.

The United States Patent and Trademark Office notified and concluded to us, and we are excited to announce that on May 25, 2010 BARfriender® officially became a registered trademark that operates under the parent company PCP&Media Group. BARfrienders' focus is still to be the destined website for your local nightlife events, who's who, trends, fashion, and lifestyles for socialites. BARfriender® was created in 2008 and offers direct, digital, promotion & relationship marketing to the local community. It's popularity generated over 6 million hits within months while offering event photos to download and recognizing the best places to be at any given week.
In the top of 2009, BARfriender® had taken a back seat along with many other business affected by the struggling economy. During the downtime, BARfriender.com has been undergoing a new facelift for a new look and feel, we are definitely looking forward to the new design and a tentative re-launch date coming soon. We do see a slowly moving trend upward in business sponsoring/advertising in online outlets once again, so we are anxious to offer the nighltife crowd to them once again, and where we go- everyone follows and benefits.
The target date to re-launch is 4th of July weekend in Tempe and Chandler Az areas.
